Skanska’s office building, Equilibrium 2, stands out with its Silver-ranked Access4you certificate, the highest-ranked certified location in Romania at the time of its audit. As one of Skanska and Access4you’s cooperations in the CEE region, this project started out as a design, and was the first to receive the Silver certification. In its final stage, Equilibrium 2 is strategically placed and features accessible parking spaces, spacious wide doors, lifts with panels including Braille labels, contrast markings, a mobile induction loop, and more. Thanks to all these features and functions, this office building emerges as a trendsetter in Romania with its Access4you certificate, clearly positioning itself against competitors based on measurable and certified accessibility information.
