Our certification process
After a comprehensive discussion with your dedicated sales contact, you receive a detailed quotation tailored to your specific needs.
Following the conclusion of the contract, an Access4you Building AP collegue arranges an audit appointment with the designated contact person of the location/property.
The assessment takes approx. 2-6 hours. One colleague on your behalf is required to accompany our auditor to answer any question arising on the spot. During the assessment, we examine the external environment of the site (public areas, parking places, entrances, etc.) as well as the internal (spaces accessible to customers, guests, eg. reception, elevator, etc.) We document the dimensions of the above and take photos.
Following the assessment, we process the data and precisely check whether the venue's accessibility meets our minimum requirements for the 8+1 groups. If yes, based on its level of inclusion it receives Certified, Bronze, Silver or Gold qualification.
We provide a detailed audit report, our comprehensive expert development proposals for a better rating and the certification of completion. Also the ESG Score and evaluation table if it was part of the contract.
After the audit report was sent out, we issue the invoice of the audit and an invoice of the certification mark fee.
We provide your location profile with detailed and reliable accessibility information and a Marketing information pack to help the successful communication of your access4you certification mark.
The invoice of the second and third year certification mark fees will be issued annually, ensuring the validation of your certificate and score and the continuous availability of your location profile.

While the legal landscape now emphasizes this more than ever, I am proud that our partnership with banks for fostering inclusive environment has been active since 2019."
