A főbejárat akadálymentes, de nincs egy szinten az utcával. Az információs táblákon túl kicsik a betűk.
A parkolóház felöli oldali bejárat forgóajtaja nem lassítható le, oldalajtói pedig nehezen nyílnak, kívülről nem is lehet kinyitni őket. Ezen az ajtón nem érzékelhető az üvegfelőlet sem.
A metróhoz legközelebbi bejárat és az épületnek ugyanezen az oldalán lévő másik bejárat szintjére lépcsőn vagy rámpán lehet eljutni, a lépcső az épület teljes hosszában húzódik, a rámpák az épület két végén vannak.

A metró liftje felé eső, az épület oldalánál lévő rámpa 810 cm széles, 5-6% emelkedésű, kb. 55 cm magas, a parkolóház felől lévő rámpa 3%-os emelkedésű kb 30 cm magas.
